Like many companies BajaRack started with a bunch of guys that like the outdoors and the challenge of the many climates that Baja offers, tired of buying equipment that would break under Baja’s extraordinary conditions they decided to build our their own equipment that would withstand one of the most outrageous races in the world, the Baja 1000. Based in Ensenada all products are designed and manufactured in Baja giving them a strategic location to the US market.
The racks are all made of 1” carbon steel tubing, aluminum wind deflector (with clear finish over the powder coating for easy cleanup and extra protection), floor tubing mesh tightly spaced so items don’t fall. All mounting hardware is Stainless Steel.

For the Land Rover Discovery II there are four different rack styles depending on your particular needs. Shipping within the continental US will be a flat rate of $150 for all Discovery II racks to be added upon checkout.
Note: Land Rover Discovery I Expedition Style Racks shown, Discovery II looks the same except slightly longer to accomodate the extra length of the Discovery II.
Discovery II Rack, low profile (side front rails need to be removed). Outside frame measures 90” long x 60” wide. Basket measures 83” long x 52” wide x 7.5” tall. Finished with Zinc primer and black powdercoating. All mounting brackets (8) and stretch net included. Includes all necessary hardware (black powdercoated cover and hardware) to cover holes left when removing Factory Load Rails. Shipping weight: 98 lbs.
